Yes. Shopify limits each product to 3 options (like Size, Color, Material), but MultiVariants' Product Options feature lets you add unlimited custom fields on top of your existing Shopify variants — text inputs, numbers, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, button/color/image swatches, file uploads, and date pickers.
