Set up quantity increments for your products so customers can only buy in fixed intervals, like 3, 6, 9, or 12. This ensures bulk purchases follow your preferred quantity steps.
- To set incremental quantity increase, follow the below steps:
- Go to MultiVariants Dashboard and click “Create ruleset”.
- Fill up the necessary fields and scroll down to “Add restriction”
- Select “Incremental Quantity/Quantity Steps”.
- To apply interval-based quantity increments, input your preferred number in the box.
- Select “Create” to set custom quantity increments for your products.
- Save the configuration and check it on the product page.
NOTE: To set the restriction on the cart page, you need to make a simple adjustment to your cart page by adding a CSS class into your quantity input box. Learn More
You can set different quantity intervals for different types of products by creating multiple rulesets and applying them to relevant products.
For example, you want an incremental quantity of 24 for your beauty soap products. Create a ruleset with a quantity interval of 24 and apply this ruleset to your products by using product types, tags, vendors, or Specific products. Let’s say, for product-type “mugs”3D Filaments”, you want an incremental quantity of 6. Create a ruleset with a quantity interval of 6 and apply this ruleset to the product type “3D Filaments”.
